Please read these terms carefully before using Indiapaar. They govern your access to and use of our customs compliance platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Indiapaar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Indiapaar provides AI-assisted HSN classification, duty calculation, FTA optimization, and customs filing document generation for Indian cross-border trade. Our platform helps importers, exporters, custom house agents, and trade professionals navigate India's customs tariff structure and compliance requirements.

3. Free Trial

Users receive limited free access to the platform's core features. Commercial use, bulk processing, and access to advanced filing tools require a paid plan. Indiapaar reserves the right to modify the scope of the free tier at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all product descriptions, trade data, and information you provide to the platform. AI-generated outputs — including HSN codes, duty calculations, and filing documents — are advisory in nature. You must independently verify all outputs before filing with ICEGATE or any customs authority. Indiapaar does not assume responsibility for filings made based on unverified AI outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, software, design, and intellectual property are owned by Indiapaar and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect name, email address, company details, and trade data to provide and improve our service. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Trade data submitted for classification is processed transiently and not retained beyond what is necessary for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Indiapaar is not liable for any customs penalties, duties, fines, or regulatory consequences arising from user error, inaccurate product descriptions, or the use of AI classification outputs without independent verification. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
